Real Results from Insurance Teams
From solo agents to enterprise agencies — Apex helps sales teams close more deals.
While other agents chase leads, you close deals. Here's how Apex transforms your daily workflow.
Follow-up texts queued overnight go out once quiet hours end in each lead's time zone. No manual work.
4 appointments booked while you slept. Coffee in hand, ready to close.
No cold calling. Only people who responded get dialed first.
3 missed appointments get automatic follow-ups. 2 reschedule instantly.
8 appointments completed. 3 deals closed. $12K added to pipeline.
Leads can still book themselves on your booking page. Outbound texts and calls wait until quiet hours end.
You spend 3+ hours daily on manual follow-ups while hot leads go cold.
Your best prospects are ready to buy, but you're chasing the wrong leads.
Under the TCPA, each unwanted call or text can cost $500 — up to $1,500 if a court finds it willful.
There's a better way. Apex automates all of this.

“If you could marry VanillaSoft and Ringy together, they had a baby called Apex. When we first started on it, it was popping off like crazy — it’s a fantastic all-in-one platform.”
Replaces separate dialer and texting subscriptions
“The platform is so easy to use. Being able to quickly skip over states I don’t have — or that not a lot of people on my team have — I really enjoyed that part of the dialer, and support fixes what we ask for right away.”
Fast state-license filtering & responsive US support
“I cancelled VanillaSoft because I’m using Apex. In the past five days I’ve put in three apps from it and I’ve been quoting people all day. All my new agents are signing up for it — it’s cheaper than having VanillaSoft and Ringy, and the longest I’ve ever waited for support is maybe 15 minutes.”
Cancelled VanillaSoft · 3 apps written in 5 days · 99% SMS deliverability
“I love how everything is centralized in one spot — I can go on the dialer and then text off the same website. On VanillaSoft it’s only the dialer; on Ringy there is no dialer. The workflows are super simple and I’ve had a lot of success with it.”
Dialer + SMS + workflows centralized in one CRM
“Love all the features rolled into one platform. Love the team! Love the customer service. Everyone has been phenomenal. Overall, I’m super excited and extremely pleased. Of course there are a few fixes and optimizations that can still be done, but it all takes time and your team has been awesome!!”
